Animation:
Des dessins aux graphismes réalistes dépeignant Paris au siècle dernier de manière magnifique. J'ai vu ce film en 3D et j'ai adoré. Je me suis retrouvée dans les rues de Montmartre, où sur les quais de la Seine comme si j'y étais. Les vues de la Tour Eiffel lors du combat final est très bien réalisé, on s'y croirait. Superbement détaillé, avec des couleurs pétillantes, c'est une œuvre française très bien réussie.

The animation
Realitics drawings with great graphics depicting the Paris of the last century beautifully. I watched this film in 3D and loved it. I found myself in the streets of Montmartre, where on the banks of the Seine as if I was there. The views of the Eiffel Tower during the final battle is very well done, we believe it. Superbly detailed, with vibrant colors, it's a French work wonderfully done.

Histoire
J'ai également été séduite par l'histoire touchante, charmante et bourrée d'humour. J'ai ri aux bons mots de Raoul peut-être même plus que la petite fille de 7 ans qui regardé le film à mes côtés. J'ai apprécié le caractère bien trempé de Lucille et ses répliques claquantes. Tout comme j'ai été touchée par la timidité d'Emile face à Maud. Ok, j'aurai aimé savoir comment le monstre a pu passer de grognements à une voix exceptionnelle (celle de « M ») mais comme j'étais dans un beau conte...ces questions ont ne se les posent pas, on se laisse embarquer tout simplement.

The plot
I was also fascinated by this story really moving, charming and filled with humor. I laughed at the good words of Raoul, perhaps even more than the 7 year old little girl who watched the movie with me! I appreciated the strong character of Lucille and her slamming lines. I was touched too by the timidity of Emile with Maud. So charming!

Ok, to be honest, I was curious to know how the monster was able to go from growls to an exceptional voice (that of "M" a wonderful french singer)... Since I was in a beautiful tale ... these questions you do not ask them for real, you only let the images enchanted you...and you enjoy the happily ever after

Musique
Il est vrai que j'avais déjà assisté au concert de Vanessa Paradis à Paris pour sa tournée "DIVINIDYLLE" accompagné par Mathieu Chedid. J'avais adoré la combinaison des deux voix. C'est aussi pour ça que j'avais envie de voir « Un monstre à Paris » et je n'ai pas été déçue du résultat musicale même si j'aurai espéré plus de duos. La musique de « La Seine » vous reste dans la tête longtemps après être sortie du cinéma et ça c'est sympa.

Music
It is true that I had attended the concert of Vanessa Paradis in Paris for her tour "Divinidylle". At this time on stage, she was accompanied by Mathieu Chedid. Un moment de divertissement pour les yeux et les oreilles émouvant et distrayant. Une belle sortie en famille ou entre amis. Ce film d'animation m'a donné le sourire et la banane pour le reste de ma journée.
